    • ROgain biocides technology and product advantage
      ROgain biocides are non oxidizing broad-spectrum biocides. They are effective in killing microorganisms, penetrating the biofilm layer, and rupturing the cell walls of the microorganisms present.  The products are suited to prevent and remove biofouling in membrane systems such as RO and NF.

      Product features include:
      ● compatible with a variety of industrial water treatment products such as antiscalants.
      ● on-line and off-line application in case of Reverse Osmosis.
      ● suitable for various types of membrane chemistries including polyamide (TFC), polysulfone and PVDF.
      ● Suited for disinfection of membrane system and its pretreatment.
      ● Broad spectrum biocide and fast acting.
      ● Effective in any feed water with micro biological activity. 
      ● Biodegradable. No AOX and/or formaldehyde formation during neutralization and/or biodegradation.

        Suited for online and off line shock dosing. Continuous dosing can be applied

        but will have an effect on the total cost of operation of the membrane system. 

        Suited for RO/NF systems operating on pretreated surface water and city water.

        Suited for online and off line shock dosing. Suited for RO/NF systems

        operating on water sources with a high biofouling potential.   

        Fast acting biocides: kill/micro bio inactivation rate approx. 99.99% in 30 minutes.

        Suited for off line application: cleaning of EDI membranes.

      ROgain TBC9521

        

        ROgain TBC9521 is a non oxidizing broad spectrum microbiocide.  It is based on isothiazolones. 

        The product is effective at low concentrations against bacteria, fungi and algae. 

        The product can be applied as a shock dosage during operation (online) and/or

        during cleaning (off line) in case of reverse osmosis systems. 

        In case of nanofiltration systems, the product is applied off line.

        It is not recommended for use in potable water treatment applications.  

        The product has very good biostatic capabilities and can be used for membrane storage and lay-up.


      ROgain TBC9522

        

        ROgain TBC9522 is a fast acting non oxidizing broad spectrum microbiocide

        based on DBNPA (2,2 - di bromo- 3- nitrilo propion amide).
        The product is effective at low concentrations against bacteria, fungi and algae. 

        The product can be applied as a shock dosage during operation (online) and/or

        during cleaning (off line) in case of reverse osmosis systems. 

        In case of nanofiltration systems, the product is applied off line.
